Taking some time now to make a few telephone calls or write a note will save you a lot of time sorting through your daily mail, along with reducing the amount of paper arriving at your doorstep. When writing your request, be sure to include your name (and any variations), address and signature; it may take a few weeks to see the reduction, but it is certainly worth the time.
